Adinath Choudhury – A Traditional Yogic Journey
Early Life and Background
Adinath Choudhury was born on September 21, 1965, in Konnagar, Hooghly, West Bengal, India,
to Late Arun Bikash Choudhury and Smt. Bani Prabha Choudhury. Born into a Kayastha family steeped in discipline and spiritual values,
his grandfather was a freedom fighter, and his father was a devout spiritualist. From early childhood, Adinath was nurtured in an environment
filled with devotional singing, spirituality, and physical culture.
At the age of five, under his mother’s initiative, he joined a local yoga institution—Konnagar

Dakshineswar Adyapith and secured third place.
